对比去年同季:

1.Property operating expenses 减少了1m
2.Interest income 起了2.5倍，看来是新收购的产业Platinum Sentral贡献收益了.mainly due to higher amount placed and better interest rates from financial institutions and interest earned on finance lease arrangemen
3.Administrative expenses比之前少了260千，看来MQREIT管理层成功做到缩减成本
4. 公司的FD先比之前的赚到1.4m, 到现在亏了700k
5.Deposit 比之前多了5m
